How to Access the Staff Knowledge Base

To access the staff knowledge base, please log in with your staff TKC email address and password.

1. Click "Login" at the top right.

2. Click "Login here" next to "Are you a customer?", then enter your staff TKC credentials.

You can now access the staff knowledge base.
