How to set up the boardroom

Before you begin, the PC needs to be logged in. Log in to the boardroom PC as the "Boardroom" account. If you can't see this, click "Other User" on the bottom left, then log in with the following details:

Username: .\boardroom

Password: No Password (Press Enter)

1. Click the Teams icon in the taskbar.

2. Select "Join a meeting"

3. Enter the Meeting ID and Meeting Passcode. You can find these in your Outlook calendar.

4. Enter your name at the top and select whether you would like the camera and microphone turned on.

5. Finally, click "Join Now"
